Yesterday we went to Rockwear late as usual to print all the tshirts we had to to send our orders. As usual a last minute thing, it couldnt be anyother way…
But something happened, everything went wrong, we were cursed and it was not our fault. Follow the 5 steps of HOW TO NOT PRINT A T-SHIRT:

// Step 1: print it in a low res and fix all the pixels by hand from the photolith.

// Step 2: Light exposure to short.

// Step 3: print all the tshirts and dry them for too long in hell

// Step 4: burn them and fuck them up

// Step 5: Dye the few left by hand, one by one, spill all the ink all over everything and get your hands dirty making Juanlu, the owner, go nuts…

Although all this happened and luck was not in our side we DID print the 10 shirts so for all those who ordered them dont panic. We have them ready to be shipped!. And we got a pretty cool durable effec after staining them!. Wait and see…

The Impregk´nahek Casteleé vol.I / nobrow books

In 2008/09 I started a book, a guide of characters from a made up world, a story around a Castle and their royal family. Each page is a drawing with a data sheet attached to all of them. 16 pages, screenprinted in 4 colors, limited edition, signed and numbered. It took me almost a year to finish it because the hardest thing was to write a meaningful story to describe the world around the castle and every creature in it, all the connections, names, tribes, symbols, places and kingdoms. All of them together to make sense.
I finsihed it almost 2 years ago and Nobrow books asked me if they could release it because they loved it. They release AWESOME stuff and do pretty good things related to art too! love them!
The project froze and time has passed. I look at it and I feel weird. I have changed my style quite a bit and this is the perfect example of such a tansition from one to another. It means a lot to me, especilly the whole story, where it was made and written and what I was going through by that time.
Finally, after talking to the guys at Nobrow again this book is going to be printed because the spirit is still alive and they are still very excited about this.
Here is the cover plus a few examples of the pages so you see what I mean.
Once this is out I guess there will be a release party. I guess it will be out of print fast since copies are very limited.

I would like to thank Nobrow for their extreme patience! because It took me too long to finish it and I guess thats part of why it has not been printed before. Sorry!
It was supposed to be printed this month but who knows! this artifact has its own way of traveling through space and time!

PS-. Im already working on the second volume which will include new characters named in the first one, maps, spells and weaponry.

morbid + erik danielsson

Today, because I deserve it, I bought this and I cant wait it to arrive!. Listening to Hoax and The Repos early in the morning makes you do things like this instead of planing the day. I like Erik from Watain´s designs and stuff. He has taken sometimes-boring black metal art to another level making it look fresh and obscure in some other way. Adding color to it which is pretty difficult since everying there is so limited. Black metal sure needed that!.
Now I have to go and buy art supplies because I have lots of things to do, so many projects in mind waiting in line, so I will post something else later…enjoy your coffees (or whatever is that you´re having!).

I have around 5 0r 6 more that would have to be scanned. Something that I will not do right now…or maybe never if people interested are not finally releasing El Gran Watdafac. fasenuova + extinción de los insectos

It had to happen!. Máxima Galaxia studio is putting up an opening party at Nasti Club this March/8th/MMXII and for it we are counting with the performance of two of the best bands in our country: Fasenuova (asturies) + Extinción de los Insectos ( madrid – former members of Ensaladilla Rusa, Campamento Ñec Ñec, The Mushitcians…and a pretty exciting etc!). EDLI is a new Madridian 2 piece band that plays twisted free punk at the speed of lighthunder, kind of Sir Richard Bishop meets Orthlerm (if that makes any sense since it would probably be another stupid comparison that the band does not really deserve because there is nothing in this planet to describe what they do. Because anyone has ever seen anything like this before, and I bet my future dog that this is true!. They havent invented a tag yet for this and probably never will. Come and check it out yourself). Fasenuova does not need any introduction or description since I already linked them to their new record. As you can see/hear, they are obscure and fucking amazing. Need more reasons to come? then you are a stupid moron…

Its friday and sunny outside. Temperatures are warmer and I feel like working a lot today. Fullfilled with energy and hope in this world…I feel like reading Carl Sagan´s Cosmos too ( Carl talks in a funny way, his voice is weird) but that will have to wait for later…While I work check out more pages of the Watdafacs that I found which, for all those who care, will be in the compilation I was talking about of sketches in one big book. I got an offer from very special peoeple so some of the pages mightbe release soon in a book called “El Gran Watdafac vol.01“. GREAT!

I know its taking too long to release Grosgoroth´s debut LP on Gssh! Gssh!. Maybe you have noticed that this is a different cover from the one posted around, right? Well, I thought it would be nice to re-design it and give it a different turn since the first one wasnt quite the essence of what his music means and all this needed a fresh touch to revive this magicness. From the obscure kingdom of darkness rises the light, the colors, hope, happiness: Grosgoroth is our saviour!

I will be posting ramdom pages of the Watdafacs I have found. I have tons of them but a few are lost or have been stolen back when I used to lose my bag every 5 min. In fact there is one that had millions of pages and cool things which I really loved, drawings I will never see again. It was a book almost finished but someone decided to steal it from my bag. Probably someone that threw it away after finding out that my bag had an iPod and that it was the only worth thing inside. He or she probably got rid of everything inside: comics, pens, papers, sketches, diary, agenda, keys, a life…etc. Or most probable of all, he had a great time reading my journal and making fun of me…I bet.
I have been asked a few times to release my sketchbooks, all of them, in one book. A selection of drawings compiled in one big Watdafac. Dont know why it didnt happen but if you are interested in this project and want to be part of it please email.
